Print a Letter

Taxprep Forms allows you to print a letter displayed in the Forms view or to print a letter with the client files, just as you would an active form.

To print a letter when it is in preview, proceed as follows:

  1. On the File menu, click Print Form.
  2. Select the options that you want to use.
  3. Click OK.

To print letters for several client files, proceed as follows:

  1. Create or edit a print format. To know how, consult the page "About Print Formats."
  2. Select the appropriate client letter from the list of forms, then define the "Print when?" setting as Always or If applicable.
  3. Click the button to save the changes.
