Print the Active Client File

To print the active client file (the active client file is the file that is currently displayed), proceed as follows:

  1. On the File menu, click Print Based on Print Formats.
    When you send a print request for client files for which there is at least one diagnostic that needs to be corrected, a window displaying the diagnostics appears; you are then prompted to correct them before printing.
  2. In the Print Based on Print Formats dialog box, select the printing options that you want to apply.
    If you want to print slips while printing client files, ensure that the selected templates contain the print settings concerning these slips.
  3. Click OK.
Notes: When printing slips in pre-printed format or in facsimile format, a warning message may display to prompt you to insert pre-printed forms or regular format paper in the paper tray being used, no matter if the option is activated.

Also note that a warning message will display if the print in progress requires a change in paper format.
