Define Default Printing Based on Print Formats to PDF Files

By default, you can print to a PDF file the client files printed with a print format. To activate the default printing to PDF files, proceed as follows:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options and Settings.
2. Under Print, click Print Formats.
3. Under Print format selection, select the PDF check box next to each selected print format.
4. Click OK.
