Attach a File
You can attach files to the client files to help with their processing.
Note: File types that present a security risk (executable files) cannot be attached, For example, .exe, .bat, .chm, .js.
To attach a file to a client file, proceed as follows:
- In the Forms view, display the client file to which you want to attach one or more files.
- In the File
menu, click Attached Files.
The Attached files dialog box is displayed. - Click
, select the file you want
to attach, and click Open.

Note: You can only select one file at a time.
Attached files properties
The Attached files properties dialog box allows you to select the transmissions for which you want to transmit the supporting documents and set the properties.
System information on client files
All attached files will be listed in the Attached files dialog box. The following information will be indicated for each file:

the icon indicating whether it is an embedded or a linked file;
- the file name (with the file extension, depending on the Windows configuration);
- the file size;
In addition, the 
button allows you to access the Attached files properties dialog box.
