Print a Watermark

You can select a watermark from the predefined watermark list and print it on each page of a form or a client file. You can also create new ones, if necessary.

A different watermark may be selected for each print format. A watermark may be defined by default or temporarily to meet a specific need.

Warning! You cannot file a printed client file containing a watermark with the tax authorities; it will be immediately rejected.
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options and Settings.
  2. Under Print, click Print Formats.
  3. In the Print format selection area, select the watermark that you want to print on each selected print format.
  4. Click OK.

  2. Under Print, click General.
  3. In the Forms area, select the watermark that you want to print on each form.
  4. Click OK.
  1. From the Client Manager, select the client files you want to print.
  2. On the File menu, click Print Based on Print Formats.
  3. Under Print format selection, select the watermark to be printed on the selected client files.
  4. Click OK.
  1. In the File menu, click Print Form.
  2. Under Watermark, select the desired watermark to print the active form.
  3. Click OK.
  1. From the Form Manager, select the forms you want to print.
  2. On the File menu, click Print Selected Forms.
  3. Under Watermark, select the desired watermark to print the forms selected.
  4. Click OK.
