Print on Preprinted Forms

You can print slips in preprinted format when printing the client files and forms. You can also use the Print Slips command. To know more about printing of slips with one of these methods, consult the "Print Slips" help topic.

Since there can be differences from one range of preprinted forms to another, it is important to configure the print settings for each preprinted form that you want to use in order to print the slips before printing them.

How to configure the print settings of a preprinted form

1. On the Tools menu, click Options and Settings.
2. Under Print, select Preprinted.
3. Select the copy of the preprinted form for which you want to modify the print settings.
   The preprinted forms, available in the Choose a slip list zone, represent the list of the different preprinted forms available in the form list of the Print Formats view.
4. Modify the desired print settings.
5. To verify the results of the modifications, print a test page by clicking Print Test Page.
6. Click Apply to save the modifications before selecting another preprinted form for which you want to modify the print settings.
   Click OK to save the modifications and close the box.
