Select an Environment

If more than one environment has been created, you must select an environment when Taxprep Forms is started up, after the user identification, if you use the Advanced Network version. An environment must absolutely be selected in order to access the program.

To select an environment, proceed as follows:

1. Start up the program.
   The Select an Environment box displays.
2. In the Environments box, click the environment you want to use.
3. Click OK.

Note: You cannot change the environment during a work session. In order to apply a new environment, you must close the program, reopen a work session, and then select the new environment that you want to use.
