Print Slips Dialog Box
The Print Slips dialog box allows you to print slips for the active client file or for several client files from the Client Manager.
Printer |
Displays the list of accessible printers. A check mark appears next to the default printer in Taxprep Forms settings. |

Properties button |
Provides access to the Windows printing options of the selected printer. |

Print to a PDF file check box |
Directs the printing to a PDF file rather than to a printer. |
Slip selection |
Allows you to choose the slip as well as the type of data printed for all of the selected recipients. |

Slip |
Indicates the type of slip that will be printed. |
||
Data type |
Indicates the slips type of data that will be selected for printing purposes. It can be original, amended or cancelled data. |

Client list |
Identifies the clients for which the slips will be printed. You can delete the printing of the slips by clearing the check box. |

Details list |
Identifies the recipients for which the slips will be printed. You can delete the printing of the slip for a recipient from this list. |
Printing options |
Offers additional printing options that are useful when printing slips. |
||
Print on preprinted form |
Prints the slip on a preprinted form. This option is available only for certain slips issued by the government in preprinted format. |

Copies |
Indicates the copies of the printed slip. The print order of the copies varies depending on whether or not the printing on preprinted forms is selected or not. You can modify the selection of the printed copies. |
Options button |
Provides access to Taxprep Forms's default preprinted forms options. |
