Select the Address Types to Print
You can decide the addresses for which to print labels. For example, if you want to print address labels for the client and for your firm, two different labels will be printed with each return.
You can specify the type of addresses you want in the following two places in the program:
- In the preparer profile: your choice will be the default for all subsequent returns;
- In a particular return: the chosen types will override the default values from the preparer profile.

- In the left menu, click Preparer Profiles.
- Select the preparer profile you want to modify.
- Click the Open button

- In the "Options - Labels" section of the PROFILE tab, select the applicable options.
This selection will be applied by default to the Labels - Worksheet (Jump Code: LABELS) of your subsequent returns.

To determine the type of addresses to print for a specific tax return, proceed as follows:
- In the active return, go to the Form Manager and open the Labels - Worksheet (Jump Code: LABELS).
- Select the applicable options.
Note: The addresses
appearing in the Labels - Worksheet
come from either the return or the office profile.
You can override these addresses with customized address information.
