Define Default Printing of Returns to PDF Files

By default, you can print to a PDF file the returns printed with a print format. To activate the default printing to PDF files, proceed as follows:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options and Settings.
2. Under Print, click Tax Returns.
3. Under Print formats, select the PDF check box next to each selected print format.
4. Click OK.
