To take advantage of an uninterrupted access to the TaxprepConnect download functionality, make sure that in your default browser:

• the TLS 1.2 protocol is used;
• the cookies are enabled; and
• the JavaScript function is enabled.

If you do not comply with this configuration, you might not be able to use the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) login session.
