Print Several Pages on a Single Sheet of Paper

In order to save paper you may want to print several pages of a group of forms or returns on a single sheet.

  1. In the Form Manager, select the forms that you want to print.
  2. On the File menu, click Print Selected Forms.
  3. Under Zoom, click the desired number of pages in the Pages per sheet box (1, 2, 4 or 6 pages per sheet).
  4. Click OK.
Note: You cannot print several pages of a group of forms on a single sheet when requesting to print forms in RSI schedules format.
  1. Select the client file containing the returns that you want to print.
  2. On the File menu, click Print Tax Returns.
  3. Under More printing options, click the desired number of pages in the Pages per sheet box (1, 2, 4 or 6 pages per sheet).
  4. Click OK.
