Label Printing Options
To access label printing options, proceed as follows:
- On the Tools menu, click Options and Settings.
- Under Labels, click Settings.

To have the program prompt you to put a label sheet in the printer before starting to print, select the Prompt to insert labels check box.

To reuse an incomplete label sheet you can set the program to detect what label number to start at. To specify this number, type it in the Start at label box or click the label in question on the sketch of the label sheet.
If the Prompt to insert labels option is selected, you will also be able to select this value at print time.

You can print a page of label samples on normal paper to make sure the text alignment fits the chosen format.
To do this, click the Print Test Page button. To print a border showing the size of the labels, select the With borders check box.

Printing labels on a network printer can be troublesome, with many printing jobs possibly being processed at once. To prevent other users from printing documents on your label sheets, set your printer to manual feed. To change these settings, click the Properties button from the Print Form box.
