Search Through Views
The research tool available on the toolbar allows you to do a search within a view that has information displayed in the form of a table (such as the Client Manager, the EFILE Log view.). For example, you can search for a client's name in the list of clients displayed in the Client Manager.
Corporate Taxprep performs a search in the list that is displayed on the screen. Thus, if you have applied a filter, the search will be performed in the filtered list.
How to search in a table
To search through a table, proceed as follows:
- In the Search box, enter the word or characters that you want to find.
To access the Search box quickly, press Ctrl+F.
The result of the search will be displayed in the table. If you perform another search, the result of the previous search will be cleared.
