Print a Watermark

You can select a watermark from the predefined watermark list and print it on each page of a form or a return. You can also create new ones, if necessary.

A different watermark may be selected for each print format used to print returns. A watermark may be defined by default or temporarily to meet a specific need.

Warning! You cannot file a printed return containing a watermark with the tax authorities; it will be immediately rejected.

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options and Settings.
  2. Under Print, click Tax Returns.
  3. In the Print format area, select the watermark that you want to print on each selected print format.
  4. Click OK.

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options and Settings.
  2. Under Print, click General.
  3. In the Forms area, select the watermark that you want to print on each form.
  4. Click OK.
ClosedHow to print returns with a watermark
  1. From the Client Manager, select the returns you want to print.
  2. On the File menu, click Print Tax Returns.
  3. Under Print format, select the watermark to be printed on the selected returns.
  4. Click OK.

  1. In the File menu, click Print Form.
  2. Under Watermark, select the desired watermark to print the active form.
  3. Click OK.
ClosedHow to print several forms with a watermark
  1. From the Form Manager, select the forms you want to print.
  2. On the File menu, click Print Selected Forms.
  3. Under Watermark, select the desired watermark to print the forms selected.
  4. Click OK.
