Add, Modify or Delete a Hyperlink
You can add a hyperlink to a Web address or a file within a letter template. This functionality can be useful in cases where the letters are sent to clients in PDF format.

To add a hyperlink to a Web address or a file, proceed as follows:
- Position the cursor on the text that you want to display as a hyperlink.
- In the Letter Editor toolbar, click the Hyperlink
button.
The Insert Hyperlink dialog box displays. - In the Text to display area, modify the text, if required.
- In order for text to display on the hyperlink, enter that text in the ScreenTip area.
- To insert a hyperlink to a Web address, enter or paste the Web address in the Address area.
To insert a hyperlink to a file, click thein the Address area, then select the file.
- Click OK.
Note: The file selected must be available in a location accessible to clients.

To modify a hyperlink, proceed as follows:
- Click the hyperlink text that you want to modify.
- Right-click the mouse, then click Edit hyperlink.
- In the displayed dialog box, make the appropriate changes.
- Click OK.

To delete a hyperlink, right-click the mouse, then click Remove hyperlink.
