Add a Cell, a Line or a Column to a Table

- Click in a cell to the right of or above the location where you want to add a cell.
- Click
in the mini toolbar of the tables.
- Click one of the following options:
Click
To
Shift cells right
Insert a cell and move the other cells on the line to the right.
Shift cells down
Insert a cell and move the other cells to a line further down. A line is added to the table.
Insert entire row
Insert a line above the cell previously selected.
Insert entire column
Insert a column to the left of the cell previously selected.

- Click in a cell located above or below the line that you want to add.
- To add a line above, click
in the mini toolbar of the tables.
To add a line below, click.

- Click in a cell located to the left or right of the cell where you want to add a column.
- To add a column to the left of the cell selected, click
in the mini toolbar of the tables.
To add a column to the right of the cell selected, click.
