Sort Items in a Table

Sorting is a way to classify the elements in a table by column heading in ascending or descending order.

Note: The Form Manager cannot be sorted.

You can sort a column using one of the two following methods:

• To quickly sort the items in a column into ascending or descending order, click the column heading. An arrow will appear in the column heading to indicate the direction of the sort.
• Point to the column heading, then right-click and click Ascending Sort or Descending Sort.
