Search Within a Column

You can perform a search within one column of the Client Manager, the Form Manager or the EFILE Log for faster access to a client file, a form or any other element.

For example, if you do not know the name of the file containing the return of one of your clients, you can perform a search for the data in the Name column to access the return rapidly from the Client Manager.

To search through a column, proceed as follows:

1. Click within the column where you want to perform the search.
2. Sort the content of the column, if needed.
   The background of the sorted column will turn grey.
3. Enter the word or characters you are searching for.
   As you enter the characters Personal Taxprep selects the first occurrence.
